1. Division of Finance and General Services, leads from Head of the Division and perform the duties and responsibilities as follows:
1.1. Manage and maintain human resources information of the agency, assists management in internal organization, provides administrative support and logistics;
1.2. Assure implementation of procedures for the selection and recruitment of qualified personnel, in accordance with applicable law;
1.3. Coordinates the preparation implementation, reporting and evaluation of KAF’s budget;
1.4. Coordinate timely implementation of financial obligations of KAF;
1.5. Manages archive system and internal documents of KAF;
1.6. Provides logistic services for KAF.
