At the 2nd International Scientific Conference “Legal Science and Contemporary Security Challenges” held in Tirana on 15.11.2017 where among the participants were the high state levels from Albania and Kosovo such as: Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, Minister of Internal Affairs of Albania, Fatmir Xhafaj, General Director of the Albanian Police, Haki Çako etc., while from Kosovo Executive Chief of KFA Dr. sc. Blerim Olluri, General Director of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety, Mr. Ismajl Smakiqi accompanied by a delegation of four scientists from the Kosovo Forensic Agency.
The purpose of this conference was the collection, elaboration and development of qualified scientific opinion in the field of legal science, dealing with risks and threats for security from various forms of contemporary criminality.
While aiming at this conference was to unite academics, scientists, professionals and experts from various fields of law in order to share experiences, practices, scientific works and findings from the field of forensics in relation to contemporary security challenges.
